I don't think the above is correct, since the line Tim quotes is not
actually compiled, and tleap should not be using the Xmu code.

But that is not important: as Tim has said, what we need is to see the
receptor.mol2 file, since loading that file is the step where this
warning/error occurs. The code that implements loadMol2 is pretty
straightforward, and it should(!) be fairly straightforward to figure out
exactly what is going on, as long as we have an input mol2 file that
triggers the problem.
