"WARNING: buffer overflow detected" occurs in the function XmuSnprintf defined within AmberTools/src/leap/sac/Xmu/Lower.c
It looks like it is a function that writes formatted data from a variable argument list to a fixed size buffer, but the number of characters to be written exceeds the allocated size of the string buffer. Hard to say what is triggering this, but I wonder if there's long strings of text in receptor.mol2 or the leap input? Just throwing ideas at the wall here: was receptor.mol2 created or edited on a windows machine and the line return characters aren't being handled correctly?

This is what my tleap input file looks like at the moment, it is just reading in a RNA structure (NO ligand), I am drafting the leap steps but wanted to run this first..
