Hello,
At present, I have installed Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS on my Dell Precision Tower
5810 desktop from scratch, and have now been installing Amber24 and
AmberTools24.
Running *./run_cmake* (please see attached) succeeded in part.
Running *make Install* (please see attached) ended up with:
CMake Error at
/home/andriy/amber24_src/cmake/Replace-function.cmake:32 (file):
file failed to open for reading (No such file or directory):
/home/andriy/amber24//miniconda/lib/python3.12/site-packages/conda_build/convert.py
Call Stack (most recent call first):
/home/andriy/amber24_src/cmake/FixCondaShebang/FixCondaShebang.cmake:48
(configuretime_file_replace)
Searching in amberarchives produced little.
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?
Sincerely,
Dr. Andriy Kovalenko
