Dear Ambermd,
When i run the exact same simulation (inputs, config etc..) using the
same amber exectuables (amber22 pmemd.cuda_SPFP)
on two different computers the 3060 is 1/2 the speed of the 2060... this
should not happen should it?

cyt 115% nvidia-smi -q |grep -i RTX
Product Name                          : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
cyt 111% grep ns/day dyn0.inf
|         ns/day =       1.90   seconds/ns =   45373.30
|         ns/day =       1.90   seconds/ns =   45439.35

nano 108% nvidia-smi -q |grep -i RTX ; grep -i "ns/day" dyn0.inf
Product Name                          : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
Product Name                          : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
|         ns/day =       4.06   seconds/ns =   21284.54
|         ns/day =       4.06   seconds/ns =   21278.81
nano 109%

As nvidia-smi reports the 2nd computer has 2x GPUS but I'm only using
one of them :-)

They are both writing to a remote sever and they are both pulling the
executables from a local /ssd directory

Any help figuring this out would be gre3atly appreciated.. b/c this is a
FACTOR of 2 difference that I just can't understand!

Thanks in advance.
Tom
