Matthew,

You should update your CUDA version to 12.3 (latest) and edit a few files
in a few of the cmake files as detailed here
http://archive.ambermd.org/202311/0058.html.

I'm running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with CUDA 12.3, AmberTools23, gcc 11.4 (don't
go higher than 11.x for gcc) and everything works as expected.
