Hello amber community,
Can any one tell me how to build the charmmgen program in AmberTools22?
Following this archive (
http://archive.ambermd.org/201905/0313.html ),
I have added the charmmgen target to the PROGS variable in
AmberTools/src/antechamber/Makefile.
Then I followed the basic installation guide in the Amber 2022 reference
manual (section2.1),
but the charmmgen program was not installed.
