Hello AMBER community!
Does anyone know of a reliable way to convert Amber files to Lammps format?
We have a protein in TIP4P/ice water that was equilibrated in Amber and we
want to transfer the final configuration from Amber into Lammps for next
steps, so we need to get lammps.data and lammps.in files from the
Amber prmtop and restart files. Any recommendations would be much
appreciated!
