[AMBER] Simulating hot water in super-cold gas under 0 pressure

Hello,
I want to simulate 25C water in -270C Nitrogen gas under almost 0 pressure
(10e-3 atm or less). Is it possible?
My plan is: to heat only water molecules until 25C and then start
simulation but I am not sure if this way is true. What are your suggestions?
