Dear Forum,
I have been running AMBER and cpptraj without any issues for a while. I had
my IT dept create a new group for running software, but now I do not seem to
able to run ptraj:
I'm using bash
source $AMBERHOME/amber.sh
$AMBERHOME/bin/cpptraj -p filein.prmtop -I traj.in
$AMBERHOME/bin/cpptraj : error while loading shared libraries:
libsander.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
The file and folder are where they are meant to be.
Any ideas? AMBER itself runs just fine.
