You can ignore this message: for the past 30 years, the Amber code has been
figuring out impropers itself, and there is no longer a reason for users to
need to check these against those specified in a prep file.
[Scott: this would be a good candidate to remove as an confusing message.
At the least, the word "old" should be removed.]
