This message indicates that you have AmberTools, but not Amber itself.
If you have an Amber18.tar.bz2 file, you need to extract that into your
amber18 folder.
If you don't have such a tar file, then you would need to visit
https://ambermd.org/GetAmber.php#amber for more information.
