[AMBER] Erro installing AMBER18 with RTX3070 and CUDA 10.2 and NVIDIA 460.67 driver

Dear users and helpers,

I recenlty installed a new RTX3070 nvidia card.
My system is Cntnos 8.3 with kernel 4.18.0-240.15.1.el8_3, Nvidia Driver
460.67, Cuda version 10.2, Amber 18 with AmberTools19.
I compiled serial and MPI version for CPU, without problems.
I compiled the cuda version, (I got only some warnings) and the pmemd.cuda
executables were produced.
When i run the 'make test' command I got the following error
cudaMemcpyToSymbol: SetSim copy to cSim failed invalid device symbol
Is a known bug? May i can do something to fix it?
