Dear all,
On installing Amber 18 in Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, I am getting the following error after ./configure gnu:
Checking NetCDF...
Using bundled NetCDF library.
Starting NetCDF build.
Configuring NetCDF C interface (may be time-consuming)...
Error: NetCDF C configure returned 1
NetCDF configure failed! Check the netcdf_config.log file
in the /home/ritu/software/amber18//AmberTools/src directory.
Configure failed due to the errors above!
I am attaching the netcdf_config.log file
Kindly help.
