Scott's link to a very long discussion may be what you need. But let's
check the most likely problem first: did you do this after make install:?
cd ../../amber20 (or where you installed the code; this is the default)
source amber.sh
This will set your AMBERHOME and PYTHONPATH variables. You have to do this
every time you login, so it's recommended that you put these commands into
your ~/.bashrc or other startup scripts.
