Hello again amber users and developers

After pushing os updates for way to long it has become time again. I will not make the jump ti Big Sur as I am sure this would case a myriad of other issues so for now I am aiming at:

macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 (19H114)

Xcode Version 12.3 (12C33)

Though there seems to be some problems associated with this. I have tried building amber with clang compilers and gfortran 7, 9 and 1. This all ends with a declaration problem:

    /Users/xxx/amber20_src/build/AmberTools/src/leap/src/leap/y.tab.c:1852:3: error: implicit declaration of function 'yyerror' is invalid in C99
          [-Werror,-Wimplicit-function-declaration]
      yyerror (YY_("memory exhausted"));

As this was not a problem with gfortran-9 and clang a few months ago I assume this might be a problem with clang from any of the latest updates to xcode.

I tried building with gcc-9 only though I received some error with memgen/memembed complaining about architecture and more.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Best regards

// Gustaf
