Goog afternoon, dear AMBER users,
I have an issue with command tinker_to_amber: "No box information in XYZ or .ke
y file"
It was used in a such way:
> tinker_to_amber -name final -title âAmikoumacine Amoeba FFâ.
Files final.xyz, final.key, final.pdb, final.analout were placed to working
direstory. All files are attached as input.zip. Please tell me how can I
deal with this problem?
