Hi,

Just use a more up-to-date version of cpptraj and it will properly
read and write these flags.

I think these are important warnings, particularly if users are using
commands like 'strip', 'parmstrip', 'closest' etc to write out new
topology files; they should be aware that the older version of cpptraj
is not including those terms.
