Dear Amber users,
I'm working on Ferredoxin (2Fe-2S) cluster in Xanthine Oxidase (XO). Does anyone have the parameters for this residue? I tried to generate the parameters by MCPB but I couldn't, I also emailed a researcher who exactly worked on this residue but she didn't respond after many emails.
