[AMBER] Xleap error

Dear all,
I have installed AmberTools 20 in my PC using ubuntu. But I got the
following error while opening the xleap
Error: Can't open display: localhost:0.0

I tried the command
export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0

But the error repeats. Could someone please suggest anything?
