Someone who's used it more recently might be able to correct me, but I I
think it used to go something like-

load top.prmtop, obj01
> load_traj traj01.nc, obj01

I remember having issues with larger trajectories, so I'd probably suggest
going to VMD as a trajectory viewer instead if at all possible.
