is a static or shared library, it does not have a known suffix.
Thanks for the report. I have no idea (a) why cmake is even looking in this
directory; (b) why no one else with a Mac has reported this problem; (c) how
to suggest what you can do to debug it.
Maybe some cmake guru on the list can help out.
