These are still the "recommended" force fields, but are not the "most
recent" ones.
Go to the Amber web site, click on the "Manuals" tab, and download
Ambrer20.pdf. The force field chapter will guide you through recent
developments. Not much has been happening for DNA, but there has been a
lot of work on the RNA side.
