Sorry for starting my interactions with the Amber community with an installation issue.
I’m installing Amber20 (and AmberTools20) on a Mac running OS 10.13.6 and was following the installation instructions here: http://ambermd.org/InstMacOS.php
When run_cmake concluded, it instructed me to type “make install”, which I did from ~/amber20_src/build. It went well initially until I the set of notifications listed below.
The command “./b2” fails (no file named b2 in build) and I couldn’t find the path described:
Build engine with toolset darwin... tools/build/src/engine/bin.macosxx86_64/b2
And I couldn’t find the file, project-config.jam.
Unfortunately, my online reading and use of the manual hasn’t given me insight. Thanks to anyone who can set me straight.
