[AMBER] 1 chain-1chain interactions between carbohydrates

Dear Amber Users,


I need to show the 1 chain- 1 chain interactions of cellulose-
hemicellulose, cellulose-lignin and hemicellulose-lignin. By putting them
closer, I need to relax them.


So, far I am able to built the individual chain of them. However, I am
confused that how to put them closer together?

Any help would be appreciated.
