First: what is the result of typing "bison --version"?
Second: what is the result of typing "head
$AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src/cifparse/cifparse.y" ?
What operating system are you using?
(The two possibilities I'm thinking of now are either a corrupted file,
or an old version of bison.)
