I pretty much followed the old instructions and it seems to work fine
Installation of AmberTools19 serial is complete at Tue Jan 28 16:05:26 CET 2020.
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/unicks/amber18/AmberTools/src'
==============================================================
/home/unicks/amber18//src/Makefile not found, or -noamber was set.
This is expected if you do not have Amber18.

If you still experience issues with miniconda during configuration/installation it could potentially be because of network related issues.

I'm kind of lost with some of the guidance because I do not have a very strong programming skills and some of the error that I'm having are because when I solved something a new error come up. There is a way to solve problems like error when installing miniconda or it would be better to do it via a virtualBox rather than through this ubuntu in windows 10.
