Hello Folks, I have an error when trying to install Amber 18. Any idea how I can "correct" this? The error messages are under "message after run"
next typed in ./configure -mpi gnu
message after run
The next step is to source the amber.sh or amber.csh file
(if needed, see above), and then to type 'make install'
Cleaning the src directories. This may take a few moments.
Configure complete.
