It looks like you either don't have Amber16 (but only AmberTools16), or
you forgot to un-tar the file that contains the Amber16 code; it will go
into the same "amber16" folder as AmberTools16.
After doing this, you will need to re-configure and run "make install"
again for serial, parallel and cuda versions.
