Hello Amber Users,
I tried to calculate SASA for the last 90 ns trajectory but in the plot
(xmgrace) it generated the number of frames (x-axis). My input file is as
follows:
*trajin prod1.mdcrd 5440 50000center :1-168 mass originimage origin
centerstrip :WATstrip :Na+strip :Cl-secstruct :1-168 out dssp_x.gnu
dssp_x.agrsurf res1sasa :1-168 out surf_x.dat*
Kindly help me to sort out the problem, I basically need total time in the
x-axis and not the number of frames.
