Our local cluster has amber12 (2012) installed and I ran some simulations with it. The generated trajectory files in netcdf format when processed with cpptraj (v) has no issues but the same prmtop and netcdf files when processed with cpptraj (V15.0) and cpptraj [V4.14.0 (AmberTools V19.07)] throws the following warning:
"Warning: NetCDF file time variable defined but empty. Disabling."
Please suggest how this issue can be resolved.
