Announcing the second MolSSI (
http://molssi.org) HPC summer school.
This is a great opportunity for graduate and well-prepared undergraduate
students in chemistry, biophysics, condensed matter, and materials science
to learn practical skills in modern HPC spanning SIMD multicore
workstations, many-core accelerators including GPUs, and massively parallel
distributed-memory clusters. Last year the summer school was held in
Berkeley and this year will be at Stony Brook University. Note that
attendance is free with support for accommodation for people coming from
offsite and with some travel funds available.
