Dear developers and users,
I compiled AMBER 18 with cuda 9.2 in order to run on RTX 2080 ti. The output file showed that EAMBER kept increasing until the program crashed. However, from a same starting file, AMBER 16 with cuda 9.0 did not have such problem. I also tested the program on CPUs and it ran normally like 16 with cuda 9.0. I will appreciate any suggestions on choosing cuda and any ideas regarding this problem.
