Dear Charu,
You should read the following educational portal of PDB, where a detailed
explanation of basic format for PDB files, structures assembly, missing
coordinates etc is given. Other options under the "Learn" tab are also
highly recommended if you are new to using PDB files and formats.
I am sure it will help and get you started in your work.
