Hello all,
Previously I had Amber installed on Ubuntu16 and a few days back I upgraded
it to Ubuntu18.04. After this I was facing some problem in running the
calculations and hence I tried to reinstall Amber but I am getting
following error at "make install" step:
Makefile:33: recipe for target 'GraphToHoldScores.o' failed
make[3]: *** [GraphToHoldScores.o] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory
'/home/rakesh/AMBER/amber16/AmberTools/src/reduce/reduce_src'
Makefile:19: recipe for target 'install' failed
make[2]: *** [install] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory
'/home/rakesh/AMBER/amber16/AmberTools/src/reduce'
Makefile:16: recipe for target 'serial' failed
make[1]: *** [serial] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/rakesh/AMBER/amber16/AmberTools/src'
Makefile:7: recipe for target 'install' failed
make: *** [install] Error 2
I tried but could not resolve it. It will be really helpful if someone
could provide support.
