[AMBER] Are the equations for FF14SB and FF15IPQ same or different

Dear AMBER users,

FF14SB and FF15IPQ are two different AMBER force fields.

Does it mean that FF14SB and FF15IPQ are two different sets of
parameters, but these parameters are used in the same energy equations
to predict the protein motion?

Or do FF14SB and FF15IPQ correspond to two different sets of functions
and parameters for them?
