Dear everyone,
Rencently, I calculate the MM-PBSA/MM-GBSA for the membrane protein by using Amber16. I got the error message as:"failed with prmtop complex.prmtop!" . The main cause of the error is this prmtop here didn't includ the membrane.
If the membrane is considered to be part of the receptor, we will not get this error again. But it's clear that the membrane is not part of the receptor.
What could I do to correct this error?
