Dear Amber users
I model the hetrodimer structure and after that I ran its simulation but
during minimization I observed that some helix broken down or convert to
loop. I am also attaching the images first ------ before minimization
second ----------after minimization steps 5000 step.
Kindly guide me is it fine or there is problem in the structure.
