Hello,
I am using AmberTools17 on linux Mint 18, I am trying to run MD
simulations on the pdb file 3ibk, and i can't since I have a problem
with creation of topology and parameters files. Always some kind of
errors connected to "weird bonds" occur. The last one looks like this:
