I'm trying to install AMBER16 and AMBERTOOLS17. I have an older version of
Amber16 which needs updates.
After I extract AmberTools17 and Amber16 I enter the ./configure command.
The configure script tries to connect to get updates but fails because it
cannot connect using the URLs in the configure file.
This is probably related to the ambermd website being down.
When will we be able to get complete access to all the files so I can
complete the install?
