Dear All,
We are installing CUDA-enabled Amber11 on ubuntu (
*Linux mcu-pc 4.8.0-58-generic #63~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jun 26 18:08:51
UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux)*
our cuda version is
*nvcc --versionnvcc: NVIDIA (R) Cuda compiler driverCopyright (c) 2005-2016
NVIDIA CorporationBuilt on Tue_Jan_10_13:22:03_CST_2017Cuda compilation

<
http://jswails.wikidot.com/installing-amber11-and-ambertools-1-5>*
*our amber11 folder is located in /usr/local/amber11*
However when we are executing ./configure -cuda gnu
we get the following error
*Could not find the X11 libraries; you may need to edit config.h to set
the XHOME and XLIBS variables.Warning: the X11 libraries are not in the
usual location ! To search for them try the command: locate libXt On
new Fedora OS's install the libXt-devel libXext-devel libX11-devel
libICE-devel libSM-devel packages. On old Fedora OS's install the
xorg-x11-devel package. On RedHat OS's install the XFree86-devel
package. On Ubuntu OS's install the xorg-dev package. For the moment
Amber will be configured not to build XLEaP.Error: CUDA_HOME is not set.
This must point to your NVIDIA tools installation*
We tried locating our library file and found following path for them
*/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXt.a/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXt.so/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXt.so.6/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXt.so.6.0.0/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXtst.so.6/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXtst.so.6.1.0*
How to edit* config.h to set our **XHOME and XLIBS variables and how to set
cuda home*
