[AMBER] Fwd: Request for troubleshoot in MAWS (igem software from Heidelberg) based on AMBER

Dear Sir/Madam,

Hereby I would like to request you to assist in trouble shoot MAWS (Make
aptamers without SELEX) software.

I have got the problem of missing of DTN.prmtop, DGN.prmtop,DCN and DAN
prmtop files. Is there any tools available to produce these files from .pdb
file. in AMBER tools.

Is anybody working on MAWS, please let me know.
