Some people do things as root sometimes. I assume you own the dir too,
and are compiling as yourself, and there isn't another addles file there
that can't be overwritten. You could verify creation is possible by
$ touch /Users/yiannisgaldadas/Programs/AmberTools16/amber16/bin/addles
