Hi,
can you open the AmberTools/src/configure_python file, looking for the line
wget
https://repo.continuum.io/miniconda/Miniconda${version}
-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh
and change it to
wget
https://repo.continuum.io/miniconda/Miniconda${version}
-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh --no-check-certificate
