[AMBER] Cannot open the main chain file after prepgen command

Dear Amber users,

after executing prepgen command to generate mainchain file,
prepgen -i Ser630_bound.ac -o Ser630_bound.prepin -m Ser630_bound.mc -rn ADF

I got message "Cannot open the main chain file: Ser630_bound.mc,
exitnikolay/amber14# "

So, the corresponding prepin file was generated and the mc file wasn't.
What can be a reason for that?
