This is the same problem with getopts_c.F90 mentioned in an email just
earlier this morning. Do this:
cd $AMBEHROME
patch -p0 < getopts.patch
where "getopts.patch" is attached to this email.
And, take the time to learn how to avoid using "sudo" to install Amber.
You need to be installing into a directory where you have write privileges.
