Hi,
I think only version 1.9.3 of VMD supports reading the NetCDF restart
format. You can upgrade, or convert your NetCDF restart (e.g.
inpcrd.ncrst) to ASCII restart with cpptraj:
cpptraj -p myparm.parm7 -y inpcrd.ncrst -x inpcrd.rst7
