Hi all,
Have you seen this problem before? It is updated upto update.13 without a problem, but the update failed with update.14. It seems like the update python script successfully downloaded the patch and copy it to $AMBERHOME/.patches/AmberTools16_Unapplied_Patches. I tried to update by using a local mirror, but it showed the exactly identical error.
It will be greatly appreciated for any input.
./update_amber --update encountered a patching error with update.14.
When the update command is issued,
./update_amber --update returned the below.
