[AMBER] help in solvent box

Dear all users , I want to simulate a organic molecule in DMSO-water
mixture. For this i want to make DSMO-WATER box in AMBER but i am unable to
do so. So can nay body help me that how can i prepare DMSO-water box in
AMBER with desired no. of solvents.
