1. What is the result of "echo $AMBERHOME"?
echo $AMBERHOME/opt/amber
2. When you say "I searched the bin", *exactly* which directory did you
search?- I was looking for the process_mdout.perl script was in my path.
3. What is the result of "echo $PATH"?
echo $PATH/opt/fftw/3.3.4/gnu/mvapich2_ib/bin:/opt/mvapich2/gnu/ib/bin:/opt/amber/bin:/opt/gnu/gcc/bin:/opt/gnu/bin:/opt/mvapich2/intel/ib/bin:/opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.2.144/bin/intel64:/opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.2.144/mpirt/bin/intel64:/opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.2.144/debugger/gdb/intel64_mic/bin:/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/bin:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/opt/ibutils/bin:/usr/java/latest/bin:/opt/pdsh/bin:/opt/rocks/bin:/opt/rocks/sbin:/opt/sdsc/bin:/opt/sdsc/sbin:/home/stacie3/bin
4. Yes module load amber is always executed in current session.
I had used xleap and it worked.

It's certainly possible that the amber module on coment is not a complete one,
but that seems somewhat unlikely. Do other Amber programs (e.g. tleap, etc.)
work as expected?
