Hi All,
I want to run REMD for a simple peptide ( with implicit solvent model, 0.8K
atoms in total) by using a single GPU card. So is it possible to run
multiple replicas on a single GPU card, although I know that typically one
replica per GPU is recommended ?
Any help will be appreciated.
